We want you to love your purchase from Après. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We will provide a prepaid return label.
To start a return, please email us at customerservice@apresnj.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Sunglasses and goggles
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for full-price items for a different size, based on availability.
To be eligible, items must meet our return requirements (unworn, unused, with tags attached). To request an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@apresnj.com.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow:
- Up to 7 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
