Shipping Information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping Methods:
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 2 business days to pack and process an order from our facility.
Ground shipping is available for free on orders over $100, and for a fee of $10 for orders under $100. Ground transport will reach most destinations within 4 business days, but in many cases it will be quicker. Please note: this does not include our processing time.
Expedited 2 day shipping is available for a fee of $35. Please note that anything ordered after 3pm will miss the cutoff for expedited shipping that day, and the 2 day window will start the following day.
Après is not responsible for any package lost of stolen after a confirmed delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at customerservice@apresnj.com.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into Apresnj.com "My Account". Click on “My Order “ to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
Taxes
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
